Meet the Team: Introducing Koby, Mastercraft’s Co-Founder & Cheif Sales and Marketing Officer

Welcome to the first edition of our "Meet the Team" series. At Mastercraft Property Solutions, we know that when you hire a home services company, you aren’t just booking a repair—you are inviting a guest into your home. We believe you should know exactly who is standing behind the Mastercraft Standard.

Today, we are thrilled to introduce you to our Co-Founder, Koby.

Koby is not your typical home services professional. His background bridges the gap between high-performance discipline and residential real estate, giving him a unique "Owner’s Perspective" that drives Mastercraft’s mission.

Here is the path that led Koby to co-found Northern Colorado’s premier property solutions firm.

From the Mound to the Meeting Room: The Power of Precision

Koby’s professional journey began on the baseball diamond. A former Division I athlete and professional pitcher, he spent his early career mastering a philosophy that now defines Mastercraft: Details matter.

In professional sports, succeeding requires relentless discipline, focus, and a commitment to meticulous execution under pressure.

"When I transitioned from professional sports to business, I realized those skills were entirely transferable," Koby explains. "I am obsessed with the 'small wins'—the technical adjustments, the finishing touches, and the clear communication that separate a simple task from a high-quality job."

He brings that same professional athlete’s dedication to every Mastercraft project, whether it’s a routine maintenance audit or a complex renovation.

The $100 Million Property Vision

Before co-founding Mastercraft, Koby built a track record in residential real estate, facilitating over $100 million in local transactions. This experience is what truly sets Mastercraft apart.

Having analyzed hundreds of high-value homes, Koby deeply understands the crucial link between property maintenance and equity protection. He has seen firsthand how "silent killers"—like neglected mechanical systems or poor building envelope integrity—can quietly erode a home’s value and derail a sale.

"My real estate background allows me to see a client's property as an asset management opportunity, not just a list of repairs," Koby says. "I’m not just focused on a quick fix. I'm focused on the long-term stewardship of your home’s value."

Dedication to the Northern Colorado Community

Koby is a Northern Colorado native, deeply rooted in the communities Mastercraft serves. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Marketing and is Ninja Selling Certified—a philosophy focused on building lasting relationships by over-delivering on value.

When he isn’t ensuring Mastercraft clients receive 5-star service, Koby invests in the community’s future. For years, he has served as the Varsity Pitching Coach at his alma mater, Resurrection Christian School, mentoring young athletes in the same discipline that fueled his own career.

You can also find Koby connecting with the local community at Raindance National and Pelican Lakes Golf Clubs. He believes that a home is more than a building—it’s the backdrop for a life well-lived, and he is honored to help you maintain yours.

The Mastercraft Promise

Koby co-founded Mastercraft to solve a specific problem for high-end homeowners: the frustration of managing multiple, reactive vendors.

He created the Home Maintenance Plans to replace that stress with a disciplined, proactive regimen. He designed the Asset Enhancement model to manage luxury renovations as your dedicated Owner’s Representative.

Koby’s ultimate goal is your peace of mind. He wants you to know that from the moment you make that single call to Mastercraft, you can rest assured that your property—your most significant asset—is in expert hands.

Ready to see the Mastercraft Standard? We invite you to experience the proactive care that Koby and our entire team are dedicated to providing.
